La Bufa is named after the iconic Cerro de La Bufa — the mountain that watches over Zacatecas, Mexico. It's where we come from. Our mother cooks every dish from recipes passed down through generations, the same way her mother taught her, and her mother before that.
We're a family between two worlds — raised in Colorado, rooted in Zacatecas. Our mission is simple: use food as a bridge. To show what Mexico really is — its depth, its regions, its flavors that go far beyond what most people have tasted.
